In Communication's Instant audio conferencing service allows you to take part in a call without the need to pre-book it. Instant is an "always on" service so it can be used at anytime of the day or night.

No set up fees - No monthly charges - No minimum usage levels. You only pay for what you use, when you use the service at a simple, low affordable rate.

When your Instant service is set up you will receive 3 key pieces of information:

Instant dial in number

This is the telephone number that you and your participants will dial to access your audio conferences. We can provide additional dial in numbers on request, such as toll free or overseas numbers for people to join your call without incurring expensive international call charges.

Host Access Code

This is your own confidential code which opens your conference. You should keep this code safe; if you feel it has been compromised contact us and we will change it for you.

Participant Access Code

This is the code that you should give to the participants who you want to join you in your conference.

Using the service is simple; all you and your participants need to do is dial in to Instant centre on the number provided and enter your Access Code. The codes are allocated exclusively to you and can be used time and time again. All Instant accounts come with a standard capacity of 30 lines, though this can be increased on request.
